SMOK Knight Kit Review
Today we will take a look on the brand new SMOK Knight kit. Basically, it’s a Koopor Mini 2 mod with SMOK Helmet tank. As Koopor Mini was successful mod on the market manufacturer decided to release Koopor Mini 2 ’ Average sized mod with single 18650 battery. As it’s almost similar by shape with his predecessor it has some major differences and recognizable mod board graphic is replaced with fire-breathing dragon which can be found on 4 different Mini 2 mod colors: orange, satin black, white and grey.
The SMOK Helmet tank is made from stainless steel which is common material for many tanks. It has leak proof function, upper adjustable airflow and 2ml capacity to fulfil EU regulations.
The SMOK Knight kit can be found for a retail price around $70, but on online vape shops you can get it for bargain $50.

What’s new?
USB
USB port is moved to the front of the panel. Now you can charge your mod without laying it on the side. Most often it’s not straightforward to charge your mod when it doesn’t stand straight – there is not enough place, e-liquid can leak out etc.
Buttons & icons
Like other mods from SMOK it features intuitive menu icons. Turn on your mod and press quickly fire button 3x times to enter to the setup and operations menu. Use + or – to move between 6 various icons and submenus – Rotation, Power off, Contrast, Time out, TCR, Screen settings, Puff counter, Initial resistance adjustment, Ramp select in TC (Mini/Soft/Norm/Hard/Max), Coil Select (Ti/Ni/SS) in temperature control, VW/TC mode, Single or dual coil in TC.
Either SMOK has made adjustment buttons more user friendly.
Battery door
From the magnetic battery door SMOK has removed perforations which is giving mod a clearer and more pleasant look. But, we have to mention, that during testing there were some minor movement of the door but it’s not a major problem.
Power
SMOK isn’t standing on the place and they have increased wattage by 20W, which is now 80W. For some of us it might see not so significant, but sometimes with the right coil those extra 20W can bring brand new vaping experience.
OLED
With previous Mini some of us might struggle with poor OLED readability. That’s why for Mini 2 SMOK has improved readability ’ especially, if you are outside and under sun.
Safety
The Mini 2 also have following protections: overheating, short circuit, low and to high voltage, time out for fire button at 12 sec. and reverse polarity protection. So don’t worry if you insert your battery on the opposite way – there shouldn’t be any problem.

The SMOK Knight Kit is another solid offering from SMOK, which takes the improved Koopor Mini 2 and pairs it with the Helmet tank at a budget friendly price point.
When you take the mod you can feel a nice feeling in your hand and the dragon on the side provide enjoyable piece of accent, so others will notice you.
As in the mod you can insert Single 18650 battery for a decent vaping experience we suggest to use 2500-3000mAh battery capacity. And it will not let you down if you will vape on higher wattage.
This is another great kit from SMOK. You can get Helmet tank with Koopor Mini 2 mod with very reasonable price. There isn’t so many trustable kits on the market for such a reasonable price. It’s perfect device for a casual vaper which like high wattage and temperature control.
