Performance

With the 150 watts ability and two removable 18650 batteries, it can turn down a tank sub-ohms or even RDA within the optimal power. The VEX 150 provides a central pin with spring wire 510, which allows a large amount of type drip tanks and a variety of sub-ohm tanks, including the last of SMOK, Sense Herakles and Council of Vapor. During my reporting period, we used almost a dozen sub-ohm tanks which range between 0.2 ohm and 0.4 ohm and every tank we used performed exactly as planned. However, with the width of 22 mm, we knew that we had a little edge in around tanks of 23 and 24 mm.

Design

It has no doubt conventional design style, but it would be considered dull as compared to other models which have double and triple 150-200W box mods, such as, series of WISMEC Reuleaux as well as Lost Vape Triade. With 150W of output sporting, it would have been nice to see a bit more style in the design and also a wider at least in the upper width.

Keys on the VEX TC 150 are big, well rinsed, but not complete, and delicate. The trigger is a large one at the top front of the mod and the buttons are plus-minus keys are under the screen. For home charging, the VEX 150 TC provides a USB port at the bottom of the mod, and two batteries are installed on the floor, making a door hinge of the battery.

Chipset

VaporFi authorized exclusive chipset for the VEX 150 and can output high performance safely. Something we thought was a pleasure absolutely as this chipset did not show any delays or failures at any time. Even my lost Vape Triad had the occasional delay when we make an extremely low resistance coil.

Coil supporting

The VEX 150 TC also supports Kanthal A1 coils, Ni200, stainless steel and titanium coils. The range of the temperature is 200-600F degree. I’m aware that the VEX 150 TC gets a bit hot, but it approached at 130-140W. When I press the power button, it was cooled down within few seconds.

Display

VaporFi licensed a few Joyetech technologies for VEX 150 TC with the impressive and large display of 0.96 “OLED, the display is vertically aligned with 6 lines of information, including battery icons which monitor both batteries in real time. In addition, the display is not in use shows real-time clock.

Safety

Safety equipment includes overloading and discharge protection against over current with two ventilation openings to avoid short circuits and to be dismantled in two 18650 batteries. Vex 150 TC is too expensive and is often modified versions of quality products by leading manufacturers. Although the price is high, but they are the best licensing modders like Joyetech.

We prefer it to be a more elegant mod box, the curves or luxury surfaces such as paint, rubber or leather, or even carbon fiber. But I’m in my 30s, and I think the VEX 150 TC will attract vapers of my age at least or older I can say. It is available in black and stainless steel and has a silicone cover option in many colors for just $ 7.99.

We don’t know how much worth is that 30-days guarantee for someone but we would recommend this for high performance vapers, who are willing to pay high prices without any kind of worry.
