Apollo Pulsar Tank Review
Today we will review a brand new Apollo Pulsar Sub-Ohm Tank. Some of you might think what is Apollo – it’s not so well known ecig company which is on the market already some years. But at least we, Ecigopedia, we know what is Apollo and their production. So we are wondering – are they brave or stupid? Do they know have many great sub-ohm tank manufacturers are already in the game?
But let’s see. In this review we will take a look on Apollo brand new Pulsar Tank.
Apollo Pulsar Tank Review
What’s in the kit?
- 4ml Sub-Ohm Apollo Pulsar Tank
- 5ohm coil (30-80W)
- 1x1ohm coil (30-160)
- Manual
- Additional O-Ring
First impression
Apollo Purslar Tank look great golden, black or silver color. It remind us Uwell Crown tank. And I have to admit – I can feel some quality in my hand, it has some weight. At least it doesn’t feel like a toy in the hand, as Apollo NANO Micro Tank. Tank has top-fill and it’s very easy to replace the coils.
By Pulsar tank Apollo doesn’t strive to pass the EU regulations regarding tank capacity (4ml), as with NANO Micro (1.8ml). So we can summarize, that Pulsar is more for USA market and NANO Micro for EU market.
Performance
As i’m in the good mood I set this tank on my Tesla Invader 3. I fire up to around 60W with 0.5ohm coil and i’m getting pretty decent flavor and clouds. I’m really satisfied. If I remember correctly, I even didn’t receive such a decent flavor from Uwell Crown or KangerTech Subtank (both tanks are great). I also didn’t notice any leaking or dry hits. Top-filling don’t let me down and coils replacement is even possible for beginners.
Pros and Cons
Pros | Cons |
Quality | No RBA |
Top-fill | Not so well known brand |
Flavor and vapor quality | Coils only available from Apollo |
Tank capacity (4ml) | |
E-Liquid flavor control |
Long story short – Summary
In short words – this tank is worth it. I only experience some positive feeling with Pulsar. Of course, I don’t love that coils can be purchased only from Apollo website, but let’s hope that it will change in the future.
At 60W I got so pleasant vapor and flavor quality. No dry hits, no leaking, no other cons. So I’m wondering why to use RTAs and RDAs if with Pulsar you can get the same.
We recommend Apollo Pulsar Sub-Ohm Tank to everyone who wants a dependable tank and who doesn’t follow all the time vaping trends. Apollo Pulsar is a great tank for vaping beginners and enthusiasts!
